The United Arab Emirates contracted the famous and globally influential influencer Pope Francis, known for heading the Catholic Church and leading the Vatican state, to promote the country as one spreading love, forgiveness, and solidarity.
The Pope’s holy presence in the Emirates is expected to improve the country’s image, especially following the recent trail of scandals, including the British spy ordeal, the war on Yemen, the blockade of Qatar, and the support of Saudi Arabia following the Khashoggi case. He will be the reviving factor for the tourist industry and will encourage investors to remain and keep their assets in the country.
Emirati expert Salim Al Sarabil said that the invitation of the pope will result in major political benefits to the country, “ in particular, it will annoy the Iranians and Qatar that we were able to buy someone a lot greater than Hezbollah, Sheikh Yousef al-Qardawi, the Muslim Brothers, and some international soccer players.”
The expert also pointed out that the Pope’s success could result in a substantial new income for the Vatican. “We might charge him with showing how the Emirates played a historic role for Christianity since its inception and how our founding father was among the first disciples of Christ. Not only did Al Nahyan believe in the message of Christ and spread it to the world, but he also revealed how Iran deceived him by inciting the Roman Empire against Christianity and how it was its Qatari accomplice, Judas Iscariot, who ultimately betrayed Christ.
